A TOUR AND DISCUSSION OF THE SW OAKLAND COUNTY "8-MILE RECYCLING PLANT"
Ever wonder where all those curbside recyclables end up? The Tour of the Resource Recovery Recycling Authority of Southwest Oakland County (RRRASOC) facility has all the answers. The program will consist of a walking tour of the plant, which will allow you to see firsthand this state-of-the-art facility. Please bring your own hardhat, and safety glasses!
Following the tour, dinner will be served at a nearby location to be determined (See next month’s PE Newsletter). Dinner will be followed by a discussion of the facility operations.
