120 Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and Owners attended.
About 35% of the construction in Michigan, including public works , is going Design Build.

By 2010, over half of the Construction in the U. S. will be delivered using Design-Build

Consulting Engineers, Design Engineers, etc. can't hide our heads in the sand on D/B - learn it or your business may die.

A Half Day Course

A panel of distinguished “real life” speakers will present discussions and tips on the design-build contracting method: how and why it developed, current practices, and how to prepare your engineering or contracting firm to participate in this growing concept. Pros and cons will be discussed, from Owner, Contractor, and Engineer points of view. 

Who Should Attend? Consultants, Contractors, Estimators, Municipal and Private Owners, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and anyone else who wants to know more about the practice of design-build construction.
